We recently transitioned over to FITR from another coaching software. Our company has 4 coaches and over 200 clients, so it was a big leap to take.. but wow! FITR has really streamlined the way we work, the UI on the coaches' side has a ton of features, such as the templates & Personal Records, which are really handy. The FITR team added a load more Strongman Personal Records for us too!

I originally got in touch via Instagram as I had a couple of questions to ask before I signed up. FITR got back to me quickly, answering all of my questions which helped me to make up my mind and make the decision to switch over.

Since then, I have loved the system for programming and I love how well it enables me to keep in touch with my clients.

I deliver my training 100% remotely. FITR is fantastic for fully remote coaching as it makes thing simple by having everything needed in one place. I’ve gone from working 35-40 hours per week on the gym floor to working entirely remotely while over tripling my earnings.

For years I’d been looking to get into online coaching, but I never did as other apps’ software felt clunky and not up to my standards. That all changed when I came across FITR earlier this year.

Its front end is beautifully simple, yet the back end has lots of options for complexity and customisation. I love it and could never go anywhere else.

Prior to moving we were using another app where we had to upload movement demos as links in the pieces of programming. Programming itself would take HOURS for how cumbersome it was to move in and out of each piece, not to mention moving between programs.

But since August I have discovered even more to love about the app.

We are a very small team at the moment with me as the owner managing most of the responsibilities. There were a ton of things I SHOULD have been doing to manage both back-end stuff and supporting the athletes, but so with the previous apps we used it felt near impossible.

Enter the Zapier FITR relationship.

With Zapier, I can do SO many things to acknowledge our athletes; from birthdays, to milestones, to logged workouts. I can send automated emails, create posts in our Circle community, even start the mailing process (we just started doing birthday cards!) in a streamlined, efficient system. I can also track client conversions from trials, to subscribers, to cancellations.

And then on the programming side, FITR makes it SO easy to offer SO many different program times, including creating new programs and templates based on our needs.

Not kidding, we have seen our revenue grow by almost 40% by using FITR - the ease with which we can create programming based on what our clients need has allowed us to generate an entire stream of income on our 6-8 week programs (and it is SO easy to MAKE the programming). The app allows you to store all your movement demos in a media library (no more having to hyperlink or go hunt for that video you needed) and makes creating new pieces of programming super simple.

You can also do leaderboards and challenges for your athletes, and the challenges can be shared across different programs. I also love how easy it is to communicate to our athletes within the app, no more missed emails or athletes feeling like they're doing this alone!

Seriously, give this app a go and just WAIT for all the awesomeness it has in store for you!!

I've been using FITR for nearly a year now and it is amazing how seamless it has made running an online coaching business in that time. A huge part of what I do relies on collecting performance data and body metrics and I love the way FITR presents that both to myself and my clients, especially compared to other software I have tried in the past that has an unnecessarily complicated or clunky UI.

The customer service is excellent, and the fact I can get in touch to have my own Personal Records, training zones and movements added to the software is something I rate very very highly.

Add to that the fact that onboarding clients, taking payments, making custom coupons, changing trial lengths, delivering training, video reviews, communication and program design are all extremely quick and simple and I think you'd be very hard pushed to find a better online system to use.

I can't recommend FITR highly enough and if you're reading this and still on the fence about becoming a customer, then please take my word and just go for it as you'll only wish you had started earlier.
