How do you deliver your programming?
Hybrid mix of both. FITR IS the only platform that I would use to deliver my service. The ability to provide 1:1 Online Physio & Coaching bespoke & tailored plans whilst also being able to provide fixed downloadable programs all under one platform makes my life incredibly easy.
What program types do you use to deliver your training?
1:1 Tailored Physiotherapy & Injury Rehab Monthly Plans. Fixed downloadable programs for particular injuries. All of the program types I am able to utilise to their maximal potential and the ease of programming is what I value the most. Not only is the interface great on every type of program, but it’s a smooth process too.
Which features are helping you the most and why?
The interface when programming using the desktop version is extremely easy to use. The storefront for my clients looks incredibly professional too.

Indeed, mainly a range of strength ones for pre and post testing
