An active client subscription is any client who is currently subscribed to one of your ongoing programs. Clients who download your fixed length programs won't count towards your active client subscription count.

You won’t be charged for adding coaches during your trial. We’ll only take the first payment at the end of your trial if you choose to upgrade.

You can upgrade or downgrade your account in the platform at any time. Please note that if you have more active client subscriptions than the downgrade plan allows, you will have to reduce your client subscriptions before switching.

If you've been invited to join forces with another coach on FITR, follow the email invitation to get started. You'll automatically be linked up to the coach you're joining, and you won't have to pay a monthly subscription fee.

All client accounts are free, they’ll only be charged when they purchase programming from a FITR coach.

Yes. Stripe is how payments are securely processed on FITR, so every coach has their own Stripe account connected to their platform. You don't need to create one in advance - when you link Stripe to FITR for the first time, an account is set up automatically as part of the flow. You'll get your own login details so you can access Stripe directly whenever you need to.

Your trial gives you full access to every FITR feature for 14 days - no restrictions, no watered-down version. It's the real platform, so you can genuinely test whether FITR works for your coaching business. When your trial ends, nothing happens automatically. You choose your plan when you're ready, on your terms.

When your free trial ends, you'll be asked whether you'd like to upgrade your account to a paid plan. You can upgrade your account at any time during the trial, and you'll still receive the remaining days for free!

Any Customisation and Zapier features you set up will be saved (except for Custom URLs). You’ll need to upgrade to the PRO account to activate your brand customisations and Zaps after your trial has ended.
