No. You can take payments directly from clients outside of FITR if you prefer. The Business Automation fee only applies when you choose to process payments through the platform. Coaches who do transact through FITR get the full automation layer - billing, access control, reporting, and tax - handled automatically.
Only when a client makes a payment through your FITR account. No payment, no fee. It does not apply to your FITR subscription. When payments are processed through FITR, Stripe's standard card processing fees also apply on top - passed through directly at cost, with no markup from us. In the UK, Stripe's standard rate is 1.5% + £0.20 for UK cards. Rates vary by country and card type - see Stripe's pricing page for the full breakdown.
Yes. Free programs and trials carry no Business Automation fee. The fee only applies to paid transactions.
Yes - but it takes minutes to set up. If you already have one, connect it directly through FITR.
