How do you deliver your programming?
Primarily we’re delivering our programming online via FITR. We do work with some of our athletes via a hybrid model. Our affiliate programming is tried and tested within my affiliate, CrossFit Container.
What program types do you use to deliver your training?
We use Session 1, Day 1, Custom, and Group Rolling Calendar program types, as well as some Fixed Length.
We love the different programme types - for our personalised clients we use the 1-2-1 programs, for our Competitor track we use Group Rolling Calendar, for our e-book style programmes we use Fixed Length, and for some of our more development programmes we use Session 1, Day 1.
Which features are helping you the most and why?
The Community feature - this is great for our Competitor track as it allows us to communicate widely to our members. We love the Personal Records feature too as it ensures our athletes have loads and paces to their own capacity. We find the Leaderboard option a great motivator also!
Are you using Personal Records in your training?
Yes! Loads - FTPs, paces. Wonderful feature!
Are you using our Customisation feature?
Yes, it allows us to ensure the PZL brand is clear throughout our programming. It’s bringing another element to the PZL community feel.
Since using FITR how has it changed your coaching business?
It’s allowed me to grow my business with ease. Clients love using the app, especially since Customisation launched. The programming side of things is so intuitive and it makes programming a breeze! The ability to use Personal Records is huge, and the ability to link your own video library with ease is wonderful.
I couldn’t envisage using anything other than FITR and look forward to working with them for many more years!
