Habits is available on any FITR PRO plan and during your 14-day trial.

Can I create my own habits?

Yes. FITR comes with 19 pre-built habits ready to assign, and you can create fully custom ones for anything your coaching requires, whether that's a specific supplement, a daily check-in, or something unique to your program.

Will my clients be reminded to complete their habits?

You can set an optional push notification for each habit, so clients get a reminder at a time you choose. No chasing required.

Are habits assigned per client or per program?

Habits are built directly into your programs, meaning anyone within that program will receive them. However, for 1-2-1 program types, you have the flexibility to customise and assign Habits on a per-client basis to fit their individual goals.
