What style of fitness/sport do you coach?

Strength training.

How do you deliver your programming?

I offer a hybrid mix of both online and in-person coaching. FITR allows me to set clients an online program to follow and have adhoc sessions in person when they’re needed.

What program types do you use to deliver your training?

Custom programs, as they allow me to create bespoke programs for each client. This suits my style of coaching and makes sure that every client has been set and is working towards their goals in the most personalised way possible.

Which features are helping you the most and why?

The video demonstrations are particularly useful as my clients are mainly following online programming. This gives my clients a reference point whenever they train, even if this is when I’m not available.

Are you using Personal Records in your training?

Yes, Bench press, Back/Front Squat, Strict Press, Push Press, Deadlift, 2km row, max HR.

Since using FITR how has it changed your coaching business?

Clients love the platform, a lot slicker than google sheets that I was using previously! Having the payments done through the platform/Stripe takes a lot of stress away from chasing for payments. Using the templates saves me a lot of time and in turn, money. The fact that FITR are not getting complacent and are constantly improving the platform is admirable! Keep it up because it’s coaches like me and our clients that are reaping the rewards!
