How do you deliver your programming?
I offer a hybrid mix of both online and in-person coaching. FITR allows me to program for my online clients, see video reviews, send feedback and upload YouTube videos as needed to help communicate with my remote athletes.
What program types do you use to deliver your training?
I mostly use 1-2-1 programming to work with my 1-2-1 clients on a personal level, but I’ve explored all the different types as they offer something unique. For my generic clients I use Group Rolling calendar that really encourages that community feel. They’re all easy to use and straightforward.

Linking in Personal Records into my programming makes things so much easier and less time consuming. It also means my clients get a more personlised training experience as the Personal Records adjusts to their individual ability, meaning anyone can scale my programming to match their needs.
