"The beginning of any new year heightens the stress and pressure to tackle numerous tasks within an unrealistic timeframe. "The biggest lesson I've learnt over many years of delivering online coaching is that clients don't need their hands held. They seek expertise to make progress and expect a clear action plan with well-communicated expectations. Striking the right balance with check-in frequency ensures clients feel empowered and supported while remaining accountable. Surprisingly, messaging your clients daily can have the opposite effect—leaving them overwhelmed and bombarded."

"A program should be built to layer UP over 6-16 weeks. Layering up means adding to it over time. Therefore, your program shouldn't be 'full' at the start of January. It should be designed to allow for evolution and progression. Managing volume, intensity, and ensuring clients thrive are key to fostering longevity and achieving results."
