AI Programming
Great coaching is personal, time has always been the constraint. Fitr AI builds programming to remove that ceiling, without losing what makes training work. Set your parameters, and it builds a physiological model of each client, adapting automatically with the data.

The power of Fitr AI
Not a chatbot. Training intelligence built for performance.
Fitr AI doesn't simply generate workouts. It uses each client's goals, training history and real-time data to build programming around them - then adapts it as they respond.

Frequently asked questions
A program type where you set the sports, goals and coaching approach, and Fitr AI writes each client their own programming from their data, rewriting it daily as they respond. Every client gets a program custom built for them, however many clients you have.
It's for any coach who wants to give more clients individual programming than they have hours to write for. Some run it across their whole client base. Others add it alongside their existing coaching, as a separate offer at a different price for people they can't take on one to one.
Running, strength and conditioning, with more coming soon.
For running, yes. The training is built from their wearable workout data. For strength and conditioning it's optional, and without one the program is shaped by the goals, experience and personal records you and your client set. It connects with Apple Health, Google Health, Garmin, Oura and Whoop.
Fitr AI builds a physiological model of each client from their goals, training history, recovery, sleep and wearable data. It simulates the training paths open to them, and chooses the one that best fits them today. Each day it compares the training load it planned against the training load your client actually did, and adjusts. If they report as injured, unwell or below their best, the plan changes immediately.
Svexa is an exercise intelligence company founded out of the Stanford community, with teams in the US, Stockholm and Gdansk. They build individual athlete profiles and training plans for the Swedish Swimming Federation, injury prediction models for Werder Bremen and the English Premier League, and performance work for the Polish Ski Association. Their leadership combines exercise physiology, precision medicine, exercise analytics and machine learning.
You set the sports and how much each one matters, the goal and whether it peaks for a date, weekly volume, session length and frequency, the exercises you want prioritised, the muscle groups to emphasise, and any exercises you don't want used. Your settings combine with each client's own inputs, so two clients on the same setup still get different training.
No, and that's deliberate. It runs as a closed loop. It compares the load it planned against what your client actually did, reads their readiness, and decides the next session from that. A manual edit breaks the loop, because the system can't tell whether you changed a session to correct it, work around a niggle or push harder, so it can't reason properly about what comes next.
Fitr AI simulates thousands of possible plans, built on the training blocks and styles of elite coaches, and picks the one that fits that client today inside the parameters you set. Those parameters are your control, and you can change them at any time, with more of them coming.
They tell the app. Injuries are recorded by muscle group, type, side of the body and severity, and the program works around them with alternative exercises. The same applies when a client is missing a piece of kit.
It stays with us. Training parameters are stripped of anything identifying before they're sent to Svexa, and the returned programming is matched back to your client inside Fitr. No names or identifying details leave our systems. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
They answer a short set of questions about their goals, experience, availability and current numbers. Their first program generates in about thirty seconds and they start training. Day to day it looks and works like any other program on Fitr.
Fitr takes a flat £10 / €10 / $10 per active client, per month, on top of your Fitr subscription. This replaces the usual 5.99% Business Automation Fee, and covers all client data processing, program creation and ongoing adjustments such as when someone is injured, unwell, off form or in need of some deload time.
You set your own price from a minimum of £12 / €12 / $12. Since the flat fee is priced into what your client pays, rather than taken out of what you earn, the difference above the minimum is yours, depending on card fees. It runs as a monthly subscription, not a one-off sale. For large client numbers, talk to us.
Yes. You pay per active client, so you can start with one.
