Introducing FITR’s New Fitness Calculators: Rep Converter, Percentage Table & Pace Estimator
Whether you're a fitness coach programming sessions or an athlete chasing personal bests, precision matters. That’s why we’ve built a powerful new feature into the FITR coaching platform—Fitness Calculators—designed to streamline your training planning and give you data-driven insights in seconds.
Here’s what’s inside:

Programming strength work often involves estimating how a weight lifted for one rep might translate to multiple reps—or vice versa. Our Rep Converter takes the guesswork out of that process.
Simply enter a weight and the number of reps, and we’ll calculate the estimated equivalent for any rep range from 1 to 20 reps.
